Entrepreneur Commons is a not-for-profit for and by entrepreneurs including a platform hosting a social network of entrepreneurs and which manages a seed investment fund offering loans to start ups. The long term goal is to change the way start ups are being financed, as the current model works. And as a result, it is also to change the way we think about capitalism, going from individual trying to maximize their profit as the force that drives the system to fostering collaboration for a more sustainable capitalism. Better ask the expert than do it yourself when it comes to home repair. Even though there are home problem that you, yourself can handle there are situations that you needed to ask for an assistance. Like for an example, this coming rainy season. I am planning to check the roofs and the if there was no problem up there. I just wanted to be sure that there will be no leak when it rains. I now that there will be a repair for last it shows signs and I believe that this season the leak will continue as the rain continues. So I did ask the roofing service online to help me do the job. I can do simple repair but something as a whole and for maintenance I leave it to the expert.
We are moving to a new house
I bought a house last year, now I finally had settle down the 20% downpayment which means that I can now occupy the house. So I got a lot of preparation to do. Such as packing, cleaning before packing organizing so that when I unpacked I can organize the things easily. But aside from packing and organizing I also must know someone who can offer me moving and storage services. So that when we are going to transfer I can be sure to have the right transporting vehicle where even my huge things can fit and will not damage. I also wanted to be sure that all of the things are handle properly. I would prefer those who offer long distance moving for the new place would be far away from the previous.
